RE: Tales of the Urban Explorer: The Mansion in the Fields

What a pretty house! It looks like a good place for a big family with a bunch of kids all playing and helping on a farm. Also looks like a good place for a horror/mystery movie shoot 😄

It’s hard to imagine why one would just abandon something like this, but then again, you never know… For example, we once walked past a beautiful sail boat (huge boat with sleeping space, kitchen, etc), the man lying down on deck was selling it for like $2000 😳 — basically giving it away. Turns out he couldn’t sail it back home (waaay up North, maybe close to Alaska, and we are in California) because of the ongoing storms, and everyday dock rent was so high that he just couldn’t afford owning that boat anymore.

I rarely find history and if I do, don't tend to post it as it gives away the location. In this case there's little to destroy but some of them hold many items of value and they do belong to someone.
