Ohhhh which means the owner still have some interest in it or it is owned to a particular group of people??. The station still looks very much clean and well taken care of unlike most abandoned area have seen myself and in the urbam exploration.

The station and the space there is owned by several people who probably have plans for that place in the near future.
Ohhhhk of cause they is always a plan, for such places few however abandoned it permanently and for a good reason
The only reason would be money, they want to build something that will bring them a lot of money in the future.

Yes, they have that money, but let's not forget that they are also businessmen, and they pursue their goal, which is to find a real estate investor who will give them a lot of money, or to find an investor who will build a supermarket(here I am referring to the well-known brands in Europe).
Hmmm well you right about that, maybe as time goes on they'll find that investors and build the place up
