Do you think that it would have been in better condition had you been able to get in in 2020? That's too bad that it was so trashed and you couldn't easily access all of the areas. Sounds like those karens needed a good board game to play to keep themselves busy.

No, that's 50+ years of neglect. Another explorer mentioned he didn't get in the second area with the crawl. Not that there was much to see of note in either areas. That part could well have been sealed in 2020. It's all luck and timing.
