Climbing the crypto mountain

Most people have heard the age old saying of "filling the bags", a concept that is very useful for visualizing the process of accumulating all sorts of magic internet monnies that can seem almost worthless at the time of accumulation. But if you time your decisions right you can make some killer gains with coins that were considered meh in the bear market. That means putting in the effort to accumulate while the prices are down, which in turn can mean years of effort for not a whole lot. And when the bull run eventually returns, all that effort is suddenly worth it, especially if you take profits and reinvest them.

But to me this whole journey feels more like climbing a mountain than filling some imaginary bags. The constant effort, the thoughts of giving up, the setbacks and the struggle to keep motivated all reminds me of the experience of trekking up a giant ass mountain. That being said, my crypto climbing journey would be much more difficult without the nice people helping me along the way. That's why I like to show my gratitude from time to time ( in my own special way) and keep myself grounded. I wouldn't be here clowning around if I didn't receive a lot of support and encouragement over the last few years.

I doubt we'll see any positive price movement any time soon so that's why I try to be in a optimistic and grateful mindset going forward. There is a lot of grinding to be done and coins to be horded, all while prices will be slowly going down. That's why the right attitude is crucial in the bear market, otherwise it's all to easy to say "fudge it" and return in a few years with regrets that you didn't accumulate all coins that are now pumping when they were on discount.
