I'm back! In a double sense, I have gone through several circumstances that did not allow me to continue doing makeup, but fortunately now I have both the time and the courage to do it. It would not have been possible if it were not also for the people who accompanied me in this process.

¡He vuelto! En doble sentido, he pasado por ciartas circunstancias que no me permitieron seguir maquillando, pero por suerte ahora obtuve tanto el tiempo como el ánimo de hacerlo. No habría sido posible de no ser también por las personas que me acompañaron en este proceso.

For this work I am going to give the step by step in a purely verbal way, since when I took up this work again I could not take picture by picture.

Para este trabajo voy a dar el paso a paso de manera puramente verbal, ya que al retomar este trabajo no pude tomar foto por foto.

The materials were as simple as water-based makeup and brushes, medium and fine.

Los materiales fueron tan simples como maquillaje al agua y brochas, mediana y fina.

I used white, red, green, purple, purple and black water-based makeup.

Usé maquillaje al agua de color blanco, rojo, verde, morado y negro.

With a fine brush and some brown shadow I sketched my face. I drew half of my lips, outlining it, and the other half I proceeded to draw teeth and a piece of flesh that would be exposed. On the side of the intact lip I made another hole to show a little more of the teeth and on that I drew some sanitary strips glued in the shape of a cross.

Con una brocha fina y un poco de sombra marrón hice el boceto sobre mi rostro. Dibujé la mitad de mis labios, haciendoles el contorno, y la otra mitad procedí a dibujar dientes y pedazo de carne que estaría expuesto. Del lado del labio intacto hice otro hueco para mostrar un poco más los diente y sobre eso dibujé unas banditas sanitarias pegadas en forma de cruz.

Following that profile, I drew just a fleshy outline on the lower part of my eye, and an arched eyebrow. I drew the other eyebrow and this time the piece of exposed flesh I let it be bigger, occupying the whole eyebrow and reaching the cheekbone.

Siguiendo ese perfil, dibujé apenas un contorno carnoso en la parte inferior de mi ojo, y una ceja arqueada. Dibujé la otra ceja y esta vez el pedazo de carne expuesta dejé que sea mas grande ocupando toda la ojera y llegando al pómulo.

I drew the nose, leaving the space that later would be in black and the piece of flesh along the septum.

Dibujé la nariz, dejando el espacio que luego estaría en negro y el pedazo de cartilado a los largo del tabique.

On my forehead I traced mini spirals and roughness to create the brain.

En mi frente trazé mini espirales y rugosidad para crear el cerebro.

First I mixed green, with a pinch of purple and then I added white, this because the green was very pure and I wanted to make it a bit cool, that's why I chose purple. I bleached it quite a bit until it was almost pastel.

Primero mezclé verde, con una pizquita de morado y luego le eché blanco, esto porque el verde era muy puro y quería volverlo algo frío, por eso la elección de morado. Lo blanqueé bastante hasta llegar a un tono casi pastel.

Then I mixed red with white to have this punch pink tone and painted everything that is internal flesh and the brain, while adding layers of white to the teeth and the benda, as water-based makeup needs several layers. I gave details like lighting to the brain and skin surfaces.

Luego mezclé rojo con blanco para tener este tono de rosa punch y pinté todo lo que sea carne interna y el cerebro, mientras agraga las capas de blanco a los dientes y la benda, ya que el maquillaje al agua necesita varias capas. Di detalles como iluminación al cerebro y superficies de piel.

Finally with black I outlined everything to give even more of a cartoon effect and painted a few black holes on the face. I covered the eyebrows and the nose, and also contoured character features like little wrinkles.

Finalmente con negro contorneé todo para dar aún mayor efecto de caricatura y pinté unos cuantos hoyos negros sobre la cara. Cubrí las cejas y la nariz, y contorneé también rasgos carácterísticos como pequeñas arruguitas.
