Para la pequeña Venecia 🇻🇪// For little Venice 🇻🇪

Desde hace mucho he querido hacer algún maquillaje inspirado en mi país Venezuela, tiene tantas cosas espectaculares que vale la pena rendirles un poco de tributo y que mejor manera de hacerlo que con mi pasatiempo favorito. Por eso he decidido que cada semana haré un maquillaje de algo característico, típico o que simplemente represente a Venezuela de alguna manera. Mi meta, es que ustedes se enamoren de Venezuela tanto como yo lo estoy 💛💙❤️.

For a long time I have wanted to do some makeup inspired by my country Venezuela, it has so many spectacular things that are worth paying a little tribute to them and what better way to do it than with my favorite hobby. That's why I've decided that every week I will do a makeup of something characteristic, typical or that simply represents Venezuela in some way. My goal is that you fall in love with Venezuela as much as I do 💛💙❤️.

He decidido empezar con uno que contenga los colores de nuestra bandera 🇻🇪, para dar inicio a esta serie de maquillajes.

Empecé rellenando mis cejas y aplicando corrector en el párpado para empezar con el trabajo de sombras. Para comenzar, apliqué sombra amarilla en un tercio del párpado fijo, desde donde termina la nariz sin bajar al lagrimal. Luego aplique el color azul en todo el medio del párpado fijo y lo difumine con el color amarillo, por último apliqué el color rojo intenso desde donde termina el color azul hasta un poco más allá de dónde termina mi ceja y este su lo baje hasta el párpado móvil pero manteniendo la forma de delineado o difuminado hacia arriba.

I decided to start with one that contains the colors of our flag 🇻🇪, to start this series of makeup.

I started by filling in my eyebrows and applying concealer on the eyelid to start with the shadow work. To start, I applied yellow shadow on a third of the fixed eyelid, from where the nose ends without going down to the tear trough. Then I applied the blue color in the middle of the fixed eyelid and blended it with the yellow color, finally I applied the intense red color from where the blue color ends to a little bit beyond where my eyebrow ends and I lowered it to the mobile eyelid but keeping the shape of the eyeliner or blurred upwards.

Con una toallita húmeda limpie el excedente de sombras rojas y así ir perfeccionando más la forma de delineado que quería lograr. Con la toallita también limpie la parte del parpado móvil que quedó manchada de sombra y empecé a ir limpiando y dibujando el delineado en todo el párpado móvil, y asi estuve con micha paciencia hasta que quedo un alinea prolija tanto horizontal como vertical. Una vez tuve todo limpio tome corrector y empecé a rellenar esa zona para perfeccionarla y luego, apliqué sombra color beige muy clara para rellenar.

With a wet wipe I wiped off the excess of red shadows and so I was perfecting the eyeliner shape I wanted to achieve. With the wipe I also cleaned the part of the mobile eyelid that was stained with shadow and I started to clean and draw the eyeliner on the entire mobile eyelid, and so I was with a lot of patience until I had a neat horizontal and vertical line. Once I had everything clean I took concealer and started to fill in that area to perfect it and then, I applied very light beige shadow to fill it in.

Pase a realizarme la piel, como hago habitualmente apliqué crema hidratante, base, corrector, blush líquido y sellé con polvo compacto. Para intensificar el rubor también puse un poco de blush normal e iluminador en mis pómulos y nariz.

Pasé de nuevo a los ojos, y para la linea de agua inferior decidí que debía tener más brillo así que puse glitter amarillo, azul y rollo por toda la linea inferior. Nuestra bandera tiene ocho estrellas justo en el medio, así que apliqué cuatro piedritas brillantes en cada ojo, justo debajo de la franja amarilla para que quedara centrada en ambos ojos. Aunque se que la bandera las tiene en la franja azul, en el maquillaje se veía mejor y mas centrada debajo de la poción amarilla.

I applied moisturizer, foundation, concealer, liquid blush and sealed with pressed powder. To intensify the blush I also applied some normal blush and highlighter on my cheekbones and nose.

I moved on to the eyes again, and for the lower waterline I decided I needed to have more glitter so I put yellow, blue and roll glitter all over the lower line. Our flag has eight stars right in the middle, so I applied four glitter pebbles on each eye, just below the yellow stripe so it would be centered on both eyes. Although I know that the flag has them in the blue stripe, in the make-up it looked better and I applied them under the yellow potion.

Para terminar solo apliqué máscara de pestañas, pestañas positivas y para los labios, un gloss rojizo para darle un brillo sutil al maquillaje.

Y eso fue todo, es un maquillaje sencillo pero que para mí significa mucho e hice con mucho orgullo, espero les guste tanto como a mi, este y cada uno de los maquillajes que le estaré dedicando a Venezuela. Nos vemos en mi próximo post, bye. ❤️

To finish I only applied mascara, positive lashes and for the lips, a red gloss to give a subtle shine to the makeup.
