Hoy estuve reflexionando sobre la situación actual de mi país y que debido al tema de la cuarentena, el panorama se ha vuelto mucho más sombrío para la clase trabajadora. He pensado en irme a probar suerte a otras tierras, me he preguntado por qué justo tuve que hacer aquí, pero rápidamente salí de mi depresión y le dí la vuelta a la situación.

Mi Venezuela no tiene la culpa de su mal manejo, así como yo no tengo tampoco que sentirme menos por estar aquí, es mi país y lo amo, y aunque a veces tenga alguna clase de crisis de identidad, continúo sintiendo orgullo por esta tierra que me ha visto crecer. Por eso mi maquillaje de hoy se lo dedico a mi país, porque soy venezolana y a mucha honra 🥰

Today I was reflecting on the current situation in my country and that due to the quarantine issue, the outlook has become much bleaker for the working class. I have thought about leaving to try my luck in other lands, I have wondered why I just had to do here, but I quickly came out of my depression and turned the situation around.

My Venezuela is not to blame for its mismanagement, just as I don't have to feel less for being here either, it's my country and I love it, and even though sometimes I have some kind of identity crisis, I continue to feel pride for this land that has seen me grow up. That's why I dedicate my makeup today to my country, because I am Venezuelan and with great honor 🥰.

Comencé por aplicarme un hidratante en la parte que iba a maquillar, y luego con sombra marrón para cejas, maquillé esa área.

*I started by applying a moisturizer to the part I was going to make up, and then with brown eyebrow shadow, I made up that area.

Luego con sombra para ojos color marrón claro pinté la cuenca del ojo y por encima agregué un color marrón más brillante. Terminada el área de los ojos me apliqué base líquida en la mitad del rostro.

Then with light brown eye shadow I painted the eye socket and on top I added a brighter brown color. Finished the eye area I applied liquid foundation in the middle of the face.

El siguiente paso fué dibujar la bandera de Venezuela, el color amarillo lo pinté con pintura al frío y el azul y el rojo con sombra para ojos. Con la pintura al frío blanca hice las estrellas.

*The next step was to draw the Venezuelan flag, I painted the yellow color with cold paint and the blue and red with eye shadow. With the white cold paint I made the stars.
