El domingo tenia una molesta espinilla en la frente, además puntos negros y estaba muy demacrada porque solo había trabajado sin descansar ni tomarme tiempo para cuidar mi piel y cabello.

On Sunday I had an annoying pimple on my forehead, also blackheads and I was very emaciated because I had only worked without resting or taking time to take care of my skin and hair.

Recolecté cayenas, sábila y kalanchoe

I collected cayenne, aloe vera, and kalanchoe

Licué una hoja de kalanchoe y otra hoja de sábila

Blend a kalanchoe leaf and another aloe leaf

A parte busqué las cremas que siempre uso, tanto para la piel como el cabello... Coloqué en la infusión de las flores de cayena la crema de cabello y a parte la de piel en la mezcla de kalanchoe y sábila.

In addition, I looked for the creams that I always use, both for skin and hair... I placed the hair cream in the cayenne flower infusion and the skin cream in the mixture of kalanchoe and aloe vera.

Mezclé todo

I mixed everything

Salí al baño exterior para comenzar mi tratamiento de limpieza

I went to the outside bathroom to start my cleansing treatment

Obviamente primero tomé la ducha habitual, con jabón de avena y agua en abundancia

Obviously I took the usual shower first, with plenty of oatmeal soap and water

Lavé mi cabello

I washed my hair

Y coloqué mi exfoliante de café

And I put my coffee scrub on

Lo dejé unos 25 minutos aproximadamente

I left it for about 25 minutes

Retiré (el agua estaba tibia)

I removed (the water was warm)

Continué aplicando la mezcla de kalanchoe y sábila aproximadamente 30 minutos y me quedé bajo la sombra para no hacer daño a mi piel

I continued applying the kalanchoe and aloe vera mixture for about 30 minutes and stayed in the shade so as not to hurt my skin

Peiné mi cabello con la mezcla de sábila... Salí del baño una hora, dejé esa mezcla y luego la retiré con abundante agua.

I combed my hair with the aloe vera mixture... I got out of the bath for an hour, left that mixture on and then removed it with plenty of water.

Y así quedó mi cutis y cabello luego de todo ❤︎ And that's how my skin and hair were after all

No es un resultado perfecto, pero sí fresco y excelente, luego de dos días la espinilla desapareció al igual que las otras manchas...

It is not a perfect result, but it is fresh and excellent, after two days the pimple disappeared like the other spots...

Me gusta mucho usar productos naturales, siempre investigo para qué sirven las plantas que me rodean, tanto el kalanchoe como la sábila funcionan como regenerativos de la piel, además desinflamatorios, la cayena es un excelente acondicionador natural para el cabello.

I really like to use natural products, I always research what the plants that surround me are for, both kalanchoe and aloe function as regenerative for the skin, as well as anti-inflammatory, cayenne is an excellent natural hair conditioner.
