In game tokens (VOLTs) may be powered up (locked) and earn APR% like $HBD (15% currently) and also GOV with a seven (7) day unlock / cool down period. Many players have powered up which only makes sense in relation to powering up $HIVE and also (now) staking (saving) $HBD.
