"As a millennial, born in the 90's and growing up in the early 2000's letter writing and scrapbooking were big parts of my life. With the advent of digital cameras and e-mail both writing by hand and having physical copies of photography started to fade away. The luddite in me held on to both and, now at 32 years old I still keep these traditions alive in my own way."

"Nocna zmiana była okazją, żeby powrócić do tego, co przez kilka tygodni było moją rutyną, czyli nocnych odwiedzin na siłowni. Dawka adrenaliny w takiej postaci ułatwia przetrwanie w pracy do rana. Przed 4 rano miałem całą siłownię tylko dla siebie, dopiero pół godziny później pojawiła się jakaś kobieta. Zacząłem od 2000 metrów na ergometrze wioślarskim, a później obejrzałem pierwszy odcinek "Wzgórza psów" w trakcie ćwiczenia na orbitreku. Na koniec kilka minut ćwiczeń rozciągających i powrót do pracy."

"Les cuento que yo para mí torta de vainilla y marmoleada trabajo con la receta de la vieja escuela, la que usa el kilo de harina, kilo de azúcar, etc. La torta burrera es una torta que se hace con los materiales completos como vienen del empaque sin pesar, yo lo que hago es que si necesito preparar un torta más pequeña es dividir los materiales dependiendo del tamaño que quiera hacer la torta."

"Entre reuniões intensas, surgiu a oportunidade de fazer uma pausa revitalizante e sair para um passeio à beira-mar na Póvoa de Varzim. A ideia de respirar um pouco de ar fresco e de me afastar da agitação habitual foi uma ótima opção. O cenário, calmamente iluminado pela luz suave da manhã, ofereceu-me o espaço necessário para relaxar, mesmo que por breves momentos."
