"Lubię robić zakupy bez listy, a z głową. Chodzę po sklepie i szukam inspiracji na obiad na dany dzień. I tak w oko wpadła mi ryba, której jeszcze nie znałam: Brosma. Może jestem rybim ignorantem, ale nie miałam z nią do czynienia. Zatem spróbujmy! Myślałam na początku, żeby ją zrobić standardowo, czyli zapewne "usmażyć" w airfryer, ale z tyłu na opakowaniu był przepis, który wydał mi się łatwy i ciekawy. Od razu dokupiłam więc brakujący składnik - majonez, bo nie używam z reguły; resztę w domu miałam."
