At around the end of 2020 I had the experience of participating in a Psychology study which was interviewed by Professor Yohanis Franz La Kahija and Professor Muhammad Syakur Yasin at the Pesantren Cadangpinggan Indramayu, Indonesia. I myself am very happy to study Psychology and I am of the view that the psychological condition of the citizens of a nation affects the state of its nation, a healthy nation is built from the psychological health of its citizens.
In the study that I followed, there are things that I still remember until now, still ringing in my ears, these are about unresolved inner wounds and how to treat them, this material was presented in the second session by Professor Muhammad Syakur Yasin .
In the material on Psychology of Soul Transformation or the relationship of Psychology with Spiritual science or Sufism related to inner wounds, Professor Muhammad Syakur Yasin said that at the beginning with the story of a world-leading figure, these figures are Ibn Sina whose writings have become a reference for doctors in the world. Europe . Even Ibn Sina as a figure who links mental health with physical health cannot be separated. Similar to the view of the philosopher Baruch Spinoza, he said, "Physical health affects mental health, and mental health affects physical health."
In the story, Professor Muhammad Syakur Yasin recounted when Ibn Sina treated one patient, his name was Ahmad. Ahmad is getting thinner day by day, his face is pale white, making his family very worried. Then seeing that Ahmad's condition was getting more and more worrying, he called Ibn Sina to treat him. Ibn Sina saw and observed the condition of the patient named Ahmad and then asked the background of why it was like that, after knowing the reasons behind his background, Ibn Sina cleverly asked the names of the women in the village. The names on the list were mentioned one by one while holding the patient's veins, and as soon as he said Fatimah's name his veins tightened. After that, Ibn Sina concluded that this patient was depressed because of a broken heart by the woman named Fatimah. Finally Ibn Sina called Fatima and proposed to her on behalf of the patient, what happened after that? The young man named Ahmad recovered and was cheerful again.
Where did the patient recover from?
The location of healing is because the sick patient feels that someone else understands his suffering. So this is very important for us or anyone who works as a doctor or psychologist to convey that "I really understand what is in your heart, I understand what you are suffering from," so that he does not feel alone. Now that's why in the science of Sufism maqom muroqobah is very important, namely believing that you are close to Allah, already convinced that Allah is the only one who is most loyal and understands what is being felt inside. When someone understands our inner wounds, whoever it is, we will feel light and feel there is hope to rise.
Human life is never smooth, never fun continuously or sad forever, the events we experience every day must be a lot of irritating and draining our hearts. Well, when feelings of irritation, irritation and inner wounds are stored in our memories such as heartbreak, disappointment and so on, it would be better as a treatment step not to let our memories swell by storing memories of these various kinds of bad feelings.
In Emotional Psychology, when a memory swells up because it is full of bitter and heartbreaking memories, the beginning of the end will touch our emotions, then a disorder occurs, so that sometimes our actions are illogical, our attitude is often irritable and takes our anger out on something or someone who is not at fault. It's like a parent sometimes venting his anger on his child or the teacher on his students when there are personal problems that can't be handled.
There are many methods used in treating the wounds of the human mind, but I will only give a little advice as follows.
When we experience events that are upsetting, make us hurt, disappointed, and hurt, never mind friends, we believe that for example in material matters it is not our sustenance, if it is in terms of a love partner it is not our soul mate. When we are able to accept all kinds of reality in life, our thoughts and feelings will gradually recover and feel calm. So whatever happens, surrender to God, approach and complain to Him, don't just complain to social media.
Final. The only lesson we have to learn well in life is to give in without feeling defeated and surrender without feeling like giving up. Whoever comes to you with pain, embrace it, don't underestimate the pain, don't compare him to anyone, don't tell him about your successes and successes, stand beside him and say to him, "How can I help you, friend?"
May our hearts remain strong in facing this life. I love you all in my own way, my friends.

We were dumbfounded by what the doctor did with the young man as he clamped his veins. Impressive. 😱
We agree that the bad emotional state of us can become symptomatic, and in that way hit our physical health, our appearance, our good functioning.🍃
