Hola hola amigos hivers, aquí estoy nuevamente para contarles un poco de lo que ha sido hasta ahora mi situación con el problema cardiológico que estoy enfrentando actualmente. En mi post anterior les comenté que debido a varios factores como el estrés me dió un infarto. Acudiendo al hospital me diagnosticaron con una bradicardia y me mandaron a hacer ejercicio, sin yo tener conocimiento de que en realidad estaba infartado, hasta que fui a un Centro Cardiológico , donde efectivamente me confirmaron lo que yo le temía, que me había dado un infarto . Caso muy contrario a lo que me habían diagnosticado en el hospital.

Going to the hospital I was diagnosed with a bradycardia and they sent me to exercise, without me knowing that I was actually heart attack, until I went to a Cardiology Center, where they actually confirmed what I feared, that I had a heart attack. This was quite the opposite of what I had been diagnosed with at the hospital.

Continuo contándoles que al ponerme en control con el cardiólogo después de hacerme un electrocardiograma me realizó otros estudios tales como El Holter, Mapa y Ecocardiograma obteniendo como conclusión la realización de otro estudio mucho más completo para así saber a ciencia cierta que tanto daño me había ocasionado el infarto. En los resultados del Mapa me aparece que la tensión está dentro de lo que cabe en los niveles normales. En el Holter se detectó Ritmo Sinusal, Variación Fisiológica de la Frecuencia Cardíaca , entre otras. Por lo cual se decidió hacerme una Prueba de Esfuerzo. Siendo esta algo muy costoso el precio de dicho examen.

The results of the Map show that my blood pressure is within normal levels. The Holter detected Sinus Rhythm, Physiological Variation of the Heart Rate, among others. Therefore, it was decided to do a stress test. Being this something very expensive the price of this test.

De verdad no me imaginé que iba a lograr hacérmelo aunque sin perder la fé y la esperanza. Aprovecho ésta oportunidad para expresar mi agradecimiento por medio de esta plataforma a éste ser que ha ayudado de una manera incondicional, solo le pido al ser supremo que lo bendiga enormemente. Siguiendo con el tema de mi salud, asistí al Centro Clínico Cardiológico ya preparado con mi ropa deportiva para realizar la Prueba de Esfuerzo , un poco nervioso y esperanzado que todo iba a salir bien. Lo primero que me realizaron fue un control de tensión con una lectura de 120-70 . Seguidamente me colocaron todos los accesorios para hacerme un electrocardiograma y así monitorearme durante el examen de Esfuerzo, luego me colocaron un tensiómetro en mi brazo izquierdo, para luego subirme a la Máquina Caminadora, Corredora de hacer Ejercicio.

Continuing with the subject of my health, I went to the Clinical Cardiology Center already prepared with my sports clothes to perform the Stress Test, a little nervous and hopeful that everything was going to be fine. The first thing they did was a blood pressure control with a reading of 120-70. Then they placed all the accessories to make me an electrocardiogram and thus monitor me during the stress test, then they placed a blood pressure monitor on my left arm, and then I got on the treadmill machine, Exercise Runner.

Al inicio de la prueba se colocó con una velocidad bastante lenta y casi de inmediato se fué aumentando la velocidad, cuando ya iba por la tercera velocidad me tomaron la tensión con una lectura de 150-70. Constantemente me preguntaba el Cardiólogo que sí me dolía el pecho y así fueron dándole más velocidad hasta que empecé a trotar tomándome de nuevo la tensión con unos valores de 175-70. Logrando de esta manera a pesar del cansancio poder terminar exitosamente con el tiempo necesario para ésta Prueba de Esfuerzo, sin embargo los resultados no fueron los esperados, en conclusión se notó muchas variantes desfavorables, saliendo positiva Electrocardiograficamente para Isquemia Miocárdica , a pesar de que desde el punto de vista clínico me mantuve asintomático. Por lo cual me recomendó hacerme otro Examen mucho más minucioso , complicado y costoso como lo es el Cateterismo Cardíaco Diagnóstico, para así ver detenidamente dónde y cuántas arterias resultaron con obstrucción con el infarto. El cual me lo voy a realizar gracias a la valiosa ayuda de un gran amigo que ha estado preocupado en mi caso. Al cual le estoy eternamente agradecido ya que se trata nada más y nada menos que de mi vida. Bueno para terminar quiero agradecer el interés que han tenido con mi problema de salud y el apoyo que me han mostrado.

This way, despite the fatigue, I was able to finish successfully with the necessary time for this stress test, however the results were not as expected, in conclusion many unfavorable variants were noted, leaving positive electrocardiographically for myocardial ischemia, although from the clinical point of view I remained asymptomatic. Therefore, he recommended me to undergo another much more thorough, complicated and costly test such as the Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization, in order to see in detail where and how many arteries were obstructed by the infarction. I am going to have it done thanks to the valuable help of a great friend who has been concerned about my case. I am eternally grateful to him since it is nothing more and nothing less than my life.

Hola amigo Jesús, espero que los exámenes que esten por venir como es el cateterismo cardiaco, que salga bien. Ponte en las manos del Señor, entrégale todas esas cargas a él, que él se encargará de ayudarte y con toda la fe de corazón puesta en Dios y en la Virgen vas a salir muy bien, todo con fe se logra.
