Mixed emotions/feelings😶

Hello everyone! Good day! How are you? I hope you're doing well. By the way, thank you so much for supporting my last blog, and this is now my new blog. Enjoy reading as I share with all of you the emotions and feelings I had yesterday.

_{School work}

It was Monday, and my class started at exactly 8:30 in the morning, but our subject teacher has an important matter to attend to, so he told us through Messenger that he would not be around. I am happy, not because I don't want to be in class, but because I was able to continue the pending schoolwork I have.

_{10:00 a.m}

Fast forward to approximately 10:00 in the morning, our class mayor decided and told us to go to Naga Plaza for us to practice our presentation in ethics subjects. Our presentation is all about the culture of the Philippines, just like dances, like Banga for Luzon, Sing Kil for Mindanao, and Pasayawa Ko Day in Visayas.

It is crucial to love and value our culture because it helps us stay connected to our origins, develops a sense of identity and belonging, protects our legacy, and encourages tolerance and respect for differences. Pride in our traditions and customs, as well as inventiveness and creativity, can be sparked by embracing our culture.

Before I went to Naga Plaza, I go first to St. Francis of Assisi (City of Naga Church) I bought two candles, light them, and then I pray. I have been super blessed these past few days. I received a huge blessing that will surely help me. I am happy at the same time I cried because of God's goodness. I am grateful to him (🙏) that despite of the circumstances I've faced, he let me feel that there's always hope in the darkness,s and after the dark time of my life,e I prayed to him,m realizing that when life changes to be harder change yourself to be stronger. God gave me hope to still continue to strive more, I have mixed emotions, the feeling of happiness and sadness.

One of my prayers was that he would guide me and my family and give us good health as we went through our daily lives. I prayed harder and thanked him for letting me feel the happiness again. When life becomes harder, just pray to God. there are a variety of reasons why praying to God can be significant. Some people use prayer as a way to express gratitude, to seek wisdom and direction, to find solace in trying times, or to develop a stronger relationship with a higher power. Prayer gives many people a feeling of direction and meaning in life, and it is often a focal point of their spiritual or religious practice.

After practice, I decided to sit in this chair with a table. Because I was so tired and the weather was also hot, I sat in the chair under this tree. I don't know what the name of this tree is, but it surely releases fresh air. The feeling of being relaxed even for a while is also important.

Trees make places feel colder. This is particularly cooling on a hot day. It has been demonstrated that being near nature has psychological advantages, such as lowering anxiety and elevating mood. _Mall

Fast forward after the practice, I went to Youka Mall to buy some things for school purposes. I was in a rush, so I took the escalator. By the way, Youka Mall is a shopping mall, and a lot of people go there to purchase different products.

After that, I took a jeep back to my place. I can say that I am feeling blessed for all of the things that God gave me.
