We like the balance with which you expose anger as a basic emotion. Yes, it is one of the main ones, where many other feelings we have on a daily basis are sustained, so we are willing, not to avoid it, but to manage it.⚖️

That of withdrawing to rest from the situation that is affecting us is a good idea and very popular. 🙂
