Hello dear colleagues! Our special month of November is ending, where we were able to successfully develop everything we set out in our anniversary post. We were able to see the support of several of you, doing things for the community, enjoying delicious flavors with your families and received many words of encouragement and congratulations. This is part of what we wanted, to get to know you better and to see you in a celebratory setting.

Today is not only the end of the month, but also the third and final anniversary initiative. So let's talk a bit about the latter.

WHAT WE PERCEIVE.

We received several comments expressing the enthusiasm that some people felt when they saw our proposal. And that made us very happy. We know that they tried to do it before the month was over. Sometimes unforeseen events come up and do not allow us to do everything we set out to do. To all of you, we are very grateful that you have expressed your sincere desire to participate and your pleasure with the initiative. This confirms to us that these were good ideas and that there was a common will. Those who were able to make their publications were all spectacular! We see that half of them had sweet flavors and the other half were savory.

First we had some Venezuelan cachapas. We don't eat that every day, right? That's special. Then we had some hamburgers. Even if we could eat them every day, it would be against our health. And then came a succulent quesillo, which sweetened and touched us all to see you all tasting it at home. And more recently, some coconut kisses - what a size and shape they were! We loved them all. It was hard to decide on one, but we also found a solution.

THE GIVEAWAYS

The team agreed to give the third gift to @gabilan55 . The quality of the photos, your pleasant and cordial story.... We felt like we were sitting next to you tasting and celebrating. We sent you 5 HIVES.

But the other three also had the same tone! With a natural and festive wording! Good photos! And everything looked so appetizing! But we had to choose only one and respect the office guidelines. But to those other three posts from @oli1965 @nara61 and @pnessy we decided to give a 1 HIVE tip to each one. This has more sentimental value than monetary value. But we want to show them that we are very happy with what they have done for the community.

WHAT WILL THE NEXT FEW WEEKS BRING?

We continue to work to provide a worthy space where we can express ourselves and bring quality to our blockchain. There are several good things happening in the community and that will make us all keep growing. In the next post we will unveil the theme of the month for December. Also, we are preparing some important posts to give guidance to newcomers, help us to better manage our Twitter accounts to promote each other, among other things.

INICIATIVA: Un dulce para la comunidad (Resultados)

¡Hola queridos compañeros! Está terminando nuestro especial mes de noviembre, donde pudimos desarrollar con éxito todo lo que planteamos en nuestro post de aniversario. Pudimos ver el apoyo de varios de ustedes, haciendo cosas para la comunidad, disfrutando con sus familias de sabores deliciosos y recibimos muchas palabras de ánimo y felicitación. Es parte de lo que queríamos, conocerlos mejor y verlos en un marco de circunstancias de celebración.

Hoy no sólo está terminando el mes, sino también la tercera y última iniciativa por el aniversario. Así que hablemos un poco de ésta última.

LO QUE PERCIBIMOS

Recibimos varios comentarios que expresaban el entusiasmo que algunos sintieron al ver nuestra propuesta. Y eso nos contentó mucho. Sabemos que lo intentaron realizar antes de que el mes terminara. A veces llegan los imprevistos y no nos permiten realizar todo lo que nos propongamos. A todos ustedes, sepan que agradecemos mucho que nos hayan expresado su sincero deseo de participar y agrado por la iniciativa. Eso nos confirma que fueron buenas ideas y que existía esa voluntad en común. Los que pudieron hacer sus publicaciones ¡todas fueron espectaculares! Vemos que se la mitad tenían sabores dulces y la otra mitad fueron salados.

Primero tuvimos unas cachapas venezolanas. Eso no lo comemos todos los días, ¿cierto? Es especial. Luego tuvimos unas hamburguesas. Aunque pudiéramos comerlas todos los días, sería atentar contra nuestra salud. Y llegó un suculento quesillo, que nos endulzó y conmovió a todos verlos degustarlo en casa. Y más recientemente, unos besos de coco. ¡Qué tamaño y forma tenían! Nos encantaron todos. Fue difícil decidirnos por uno, pero encontramos también una solución.

LOS REGALITOS

El equipo estuvo de acuerdo en darle el tercer regalito a @gabilan55 . La calidad de las fotos, tu relato ameno, cordial... Nos sentimos sentados a tu lado degustando y celebrando. Te enviamos 5 HIVES.

¡Pero es que las otras tres también tenían el mismo tono! ¡Con una redacción natural y festiva! ¡Buenas fotos! Y todo se veía tan apetecible... Pero había que elegir a uno sólo y respetar los lineamientos de la oficina. Pero a esos otros tres post de @oli1965 @nara61 y @pnessy decidimos darle un tip de 1 HIVE a cada una. Ésto tiene más un valor sentimental que monetario. Pero queremos con esto mostrarles que estamos muy contentos con lo que han hecho para la comunidad.

¿QUÉ NOS DEPARARÁ LAS PRÓXIMAS SEMANAS?

Seguimos trabajando para brindar un espacio digno donde podamos expresarnos y aportar calidad a nuestra blockchain. Están pasando varias cosas buenas en la comunidad y eso hará que todos sigamos creciendo. En el próximo post develaremos el tema del mes para Diciembre. Además, estamos preparando algunos post importantes para darle guía a los nuevos, ayudarnos a manejar mejor nuestras cuentas de Twitter para promocionarnos unos a otros, entre otras cosas.
