Hello, my beloved co-Hivers. I hope you have a good day ahead. Anyways, I've got to post my blog here because while I'm exploring in every topics/communities, I suddenly saw the C/Emotions and Feeling's post about the theme for the month of July, titled "Generosity". Seeing this, I almost skip it since don't have anything to write, but I stopped by a flashing memory inside in mind. Reflecting with it, I decided to join this entry and also write something about my insights in this word.
To start my introduction, I've come up with this one question:
What insights do we really see the value of generosity?
To me, I notice and observe that when someone help or give you the things you needed, or when you give or help someone the things they needed, it was already called "generosity". At first, it was normal for me because that's what it looks like. For example, if you saw a beggar in the street, asking some food or money to eat and buy, if you feel empathy to them, then you have a good heart to give. Another example, if your noticed that you're friend have no money to pay to a bus or jeep, then you have to treat her so that he/she could go home safely.
As the day goes by, I didn't expect that generosity have a great impact to my life. Not only it could consider of having good deeds towards other people but also it could give you reflection with its values.
I always feel that it was normal for me to think that we can feel this kind of generosity from our closest friends, bestfriend, and to those who really seeks help for you, not until, I suddenly feel the greatest "value" form it through sharing you all of these scenarios that happened to me in my current life:
1. I was in a first year college before when I have a Senior who is strict but kind at the same time. He is also like me who have a hard situation in life. One time afternoon, I'm sitting on the outside of the school while counting my money for transportation going home when my senior suddenly show up and ask why am I still here. After, I told him that I'm resting for a while, I was shocked because he gave me 50 pesos for my transportation. I was shocked and worried at the same time, but he told me it's fine and assure that he still have some money to go home.
2. I have a classmate who is cute like a child but act as mature and independent woman (actually we have the same personality). There are times when she was noticed that I have no money and food in my wallet, she always grabs me just to treat me some food and lunch. When it was time to go home, she stops me from paying money to the driver so that she could treat me money for transportation. Sometimes, she always doing this without asking or saying any word. By the way, I have a male buddy who is also the same as my classmate, or should I say both of them have really same vibes as what I've told in these scenarios.
3. Lastly, I have a senior that since I've noticed and closed to him, I can feel that he is kind of indifferent from others. Approachable, friendly and at the same time, he is the best brother to me. Not only he is simple but when it comes to foods and providing valuable financial situations, he is considerate and thoughtful while checking on us, to the point that he also forgot to check on himself and provide his needs, which makes us felt hurt and empathy. Although, I'd still felt a grudge against him due to the dark secret that I've detected, the respect and treat as my brother to him haven't faded since until now, he's still on checking of us, and that's the reason why I can feel more value with his generosity.
Alongside with these scenarios, I don't know if you will get my point but all of these scenarios are the reasons why I felt that generosity has a value not only in our doing good deeds but also to my heart, mind and soul. I guess now, to end my blog here for this entry, I hope everyone here who will read my post, I hope this would be a great help because not only we could apply this in our current situation and for those who are in need, but also to our future.
So good night, co-Hivers! See yah again for my next blog... ✨💞

Aw, I missed this prompt for the month of July. I'll check what's the prompt for this month.
Anyways, I got your point — anyone can be generous when they share their valuable resources to others (time, energy, money, etc).
Yeah, I hope this kind of generation will always occur onto all of us.
