AMOR: "Mi propuesta de matrimonio" // LOVE: "My marriage proposal" (ESP/ING)

Hola Hivers, gusto en saludarles nuevamente.

Siento que tengo muchas cosas que compartir con ustedes, solo que por cuestiones de tiempo no había podido, pero creo que este es el momento preciso para hacerlo.

Les recuerdo que @vanessacaladeportes y yo tenemos una relación de años y en el 2022 habíamos tomado la decisión de casarnos en el 2023, el año pasado, solo que por diversas situaciones no habíamos podido concretar nada, hasta que en el segundo semestre del año se dió la gran oportunidad.

Pero les adelanto lo siguiente...

PD: "Gracias a Dios nos logramos casar por el registro civil y por la iglesia" 🥳❤️ Pero la experiencia de ambos eventos se los daré en otro momento.

Desde hace rato veníamos hablando de que nos queríamos casar, pero ella me decía: "No me lo voy a tomar en serio, hasta que de manera formal y oficial me pidas matrimonio". Hombres, ustedes saben, cosas de mujeres 🤣

En pocas palabras, ella quería un boom, algo bonito, elegante, quería que yo la sorprendiera y mostrara una vez más el amor que siento por ella.

Recuerdo completamente que un domingo por la noche fuimos a cenar comida rápida en la calle y ella me decía: "Va a finalizar el 2023 y creo que tampoco nos vamos a poder casar, aún sigo esperando"... En ese momento tomamos la iniciativa de realizar una inversión para que de manera adicional lograramos recaudar fondos para los gastos que venían posteriormente, eso fue sin tener la fecha de cuándo sería el matrimonio.

Comenzamos a vender varios productos y ofrecer distintos servicios y nos resultó, trabajamos muchísimo sin descansar porque estábamos viendo buenos resultados.

Lo cierto del caso, es que ambos hicimos un break para ir a su tierra natal, al municipio vecino, Rosario de Perijá, y conversar personalmente con sus padres, ellos se quedaron sorprendidos pero a la vez se alegraron mucho.

Yo me vine de regreso a Maracaibo y la dejé junto a sus padres para que compartiera con ellos, mientras yo le preparaba la grata sorpresa junto a varios amigos.

Eso fue espectacular, créame que le puse todo el amor y el empeño posible.

El plan para darle la sorpresa fue el siguiente:

1.- Primero le conté a algunos familiares y a varios amigos lo que iba a hacer y ellos se alegraron mucho y me apoyaron bastante, fueron parte del plan. Ellos aprendieron a disimular muy bien.

2.- Como una amiga estaba embarazada, aproveché la oportunidad y le dije que nos hiciera una invitación para una supuesta sesión de fotos previo a su parto. Ella le pasó la invitación a los que iban a estar en ese momento y nosotros al igual que todos aceptamos.

3.- Recordé que a @vanessacaladeportes le había caído hipoclorito en las uñas y se las voló por completo. Entonces tuve que conversar con su pedicurista, ella y su esposo son nuestros amigos, para que en esta ocasión también se las arreglara sin que ella se diera cuenta de la intención principal. La idea era que cuando le tomarán la foto a su mano con el anillo puesto, quedaran bien.

4.- Luego le conté a otra amiga y se emocionó muchísimo, ella y su esposo también son amigos nuestros, de una vez se ofreció para maquillarla y arreglarla por completo, de manera inteligente lo supo hacer y quedó excelente. En una conversación que tenían ambas, @vanessacaladeportes le comentó sobre la supuesta sesión de fotos a la cual íbamos asistir y su amiga se ofreció para arreglarla sin darle señales de lo que iba a ocurrir.

5.- Me tocó comprar el anillo de compromiso, un ramo de flores preciosísimo y a la vez preparar un audiovisual para proyectarlo en el lugar de reunión.

6.- Hablé con el gerente del restaurante donde realicé la propuesta de matrimonio para que él y sus trabajadores fueran cómplices y de verdad hicieron un trabajo impecable. El restaurante se llama "Cinema", es un lugar retro, de los años 80, inspirado en los restaurantes norteaméricos.

7.- La pauta era para un domingo por la noche y todo estaba listo. Entonces decidí llamar a @vanessacaladeportes, conversé con ella y le dije que se viniera a Maracaibo porque teníamos que resolver algunos asuntos personales, seguir con las ventas y evaluar algunos pendientes con el servicio que estábamos ofreciendo en días anteriores. Esa fue la excusa para que ella se regresara y se llevara la sorpresa, pero no quería venirse jaja. Tuve que hablar con ella, insistirle y convencerla para que viniera, sino me hubiese dejado vestido y alborado, como dicen por ahí. Ese mismo día alistó su bolso y al día siguiente se vino, llorando pero se vino jaja, ella quería quedarse un tiempo más para compartir con su familia y disfrutar de las ferias del municipio.

8.- Llegó un sábado a Maracaibo y de una vez la lleve para que se arreglara las uñas, como se había acordado. Y al día siguiente, el domingo, la llevé temprano para que la maquillaran y la arreglaran previo a la "supuesta sesión de fotos"

9.- Llegó la hora de salir a la pauta, hicimos una primera parada en Plaza de la República, nos tomamos unas fotos en ese lugar. Y luego nos lanzamos al principial punto de encuentro, al restaurante.

10.- Cuando llegamos al sitio nos dan la bienvenida, subimos al primer piso, nos ubicamos en los asientos, nos reímos un rato, vimos el menú y pedimos lo que íbamos a cenar.

11.- Seguidamente comienza a rodar un collage fotográfico nuestro, un audiovisual, en una pantalla de cine que tienen en todo el centro del restaurante. Todos giramos la mirada hacia la pantalla, al igual que ella, y su primera impresión fue, una cara de asombro y preguntó ¿Qué es esto? Esa pregunta a nadie se le va a olvidar jajaja. Todos se estaban riendo, los muchachos comenzaron a hacer barra con el resto de los clientes, sacaron teléfonos e iniciaron a grabar, ella no salía del asombro total y comenzó a imaginarse por dónde iba todo. Los nervios comenzaron a actuar, y boom, finalizó el material audiovisual.

12.- Ella voltea a su lado izquierda y me vé con un ramo de flores y automáticamente vé entrar a otro grupo de amigos, entre ellas la amiga que le arregló las uñas y la amiga que la maquillo ¡Y boom! Se puso a llorar sin control de la emoción, porque entendió por completo que todo fue planificado.

13.- La abracé, le dí muchos besos, espere a que se calmara, le entregué el ramo de flores, leyó la carta que estaba allí y al sacar la flor blanca con una cinta se encontró con la pregunta de: ¿Te quieres casar conmigo?, en ese momento me arrodillé y saqué el anillo. En medio de tanta emoción y felicidad dió un SÍ como respuesta.

.14.- Algunos estaban gritando, otros llorando, entre ellos amigos y hasta clientes del lugar jajaja.

15.- Después de todo eso, estábamos felices, contentos y llenos de alegría por haber logrado el objetivo 💍💍💍

Mi mayor satisfacción es que ella fue sorprendida, le gustó todo, disfrutamos de un momento especial y agradable. Fue uno de los grandes pasos que nos tocó dar para llegar hasta donde estamos hoy día. Sabemos que no lo hemos alcanzado todo, aún hay mucho camino por recorrer, entendemos que habrán obstáculos que atravesar, pero lo mejor de todo es que el amor siempre permanezca y fluya en todo momento.

De allí saltamos a la boda civil y luego a la eclesiástica, pero esos detalles se los daré en otro post. Ambos momentos fueron muy especiales e importantes para nuestras vidas...

We had been talking for a while about wanting to get married, but she kept telling me, "I'm not going to take it seriously until you formally and officially ask me to marry you." Men, you know, women's stuff 🤣.

In a nutshell, she wanted a boom, something nice, elegant, she wanted me to surprise her and show once again the love I feel for her.

I completely remember that one Sunday night we went to a fast food dinner in the street and she told me: "It will be the end of 2023 and I don't think we will be able to get married either, I am still waiting".... At that moment we took the initiative to make an investment so that we could additionally raise funds for the expenses that would come later, that was without having the date of when the marriage would be.

We started to sell several products and offer different services and it worked out, we worked hard without resting because we were seeing good results.

The truth of the matter is that we both took a break to go to his homeland, to the neighboring municipality, Rosario de Perijá, and talk personally with his parents, they were surprised but at the same time they were very happy.

I came back to Maracaibo and left her with her parents so that she could share with them, while I prepared the pleasant surprise with several friends.

That was spectacular, believe me I put all my love and effort into it.

The plan to surprise her was the following:

1.First I told some family members and several friends what I was going to do and they were very happy and very supportive, they were part of the plan. They learned to dissimulate very well.

2.- As a friend of mine was pregnant, I took the opportunity and told her to invite us to a so-called photo session before her delivery. She passed the invitation to those who were going to be there at the time and we all accepted.

3.- I remembered that @vanessacaladeportes had gotten hypochlorite on her nails and it completely blew them off. So I had to talk to her pedicurist, she and her husband are our friends, so that this time I could also fix them without her realizing the main intention. The idea was that when they took the picture of her hand with the ring on, they would look good.

4.- Then I told another friend and she was very excited, she and her husband are also friends of ours, she offered to do her make up and fix it completely, in a smart way she knew how to do it and it looked excellent. In a conversation they both had, @vanessacaladeportes told her about the supposed photo shoot we were going to attend and her friend offered to fix her up without giving her any indication of what was going to happen.

5.- I had to buy the engagement ring, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and at the same time prepare an audiovisual to be projected at the venue.

6.- I talked to the manager of the restaurant where I made the marriage proposal so that he and his workers were accomplices and they really did an impeccable job. The restaurant is called "Cinema", it is a retro place, from the 80's, inspired by American restaurants.

7.- The pattern was for a Sunday night and everything was ready. Then I decided to call @vanessacaladeportes, I talked to her and told her to come to Maracaibo because we had to resolve some personal issues, continue with sales and evaluate some pending issues with the service we were offering in previous days. That was the excuse for her to come back and get the surprise, but she did not want to come haha. I had to talk to her, insist and convince her to come, otherwise she would have left me dressed and dressed to the nines, as they say. That same day she packed her bag and the next day she came, crying but she came haha, she wanted to stay a little longer to share with her family and enjoy the fairs of the municipality.

8. She arrived in Maracaibo on a Saturday and I took her to get her nails done, as agreed. And the next day, on Sunday, I took her early in the morning to have her make-up and make-up done before the "supposed photo session.

9.- It was time to go on the road, we made a first stop at Plaza de la Republica, we took some pictures there. And then we went to the main meeting point, the restaurant.

10.- When we arrived at the place we were welcomed, we went up to the second floor, we took our seats, we laughed for a while, we saw the menu and ordered what we were going to have for dinner.

11.- Then a photographic collage of us, an audiovisual, begins to roll on a movie screen that they have in the center of the restaurant. We all turned our eyes to the screen, as she did, and her first impression was, an astonished face and asked What is this? That question nobody will forget hahaha. Everyone was laughing, the guys started to make a bar with the rest of the customers, they took out phones and started recording, she was still in total amazement and started to imagine where everything was going. Nerves began to act up, and boom, the audiovisual material ended.

12.- She turned to her left side and saw me with a bouquet of flowers and automatically saw another group of friends enter, among them the friend who did her nails and the friend who did her make-up and boom! She started to cry uncontrollably from the emotion, because she understood completely that everything was planned.

13. I hugged her, gave her many kisses, waited for her to calm down, gave her the bouquet of flowers, she read the letter that was there and when she took out the white flower with a ribbon she found the question: "Will you marry me? Will you marry me?, at that moment I knelt down and took out the ring. In the midst of so much emotion and happiness she gave a YES as an answer.

14.- Some were screaming, others were crying, among them friends and even clients of the place hahaha.

15.- After all that, we were happy, happy and full of joy for having achieved the goal 💍💍💍💍💍.

My biggest satisfaction is that she was surprised, she liked everything, we enjoyed a special and nice moment. It was one of the big steps we had to take to get to where we are today. We know that we have not reached everything, there is still a long way to go, we understand that there will be obstacles to go through, but the best of all is that love always remains and flows at all times.

From there we jumped to the civil wedding and then to the ecclesiastical wedding, but I will give you those details in another post. Both moments were very special and important for our lives....
