Hello, Paola! Hope you get better. Don't self-identify with the diagnosis - our bodies are incredible, self healing machines. Like you nicely realized, and indayclara mentioned, our emotions have big impact on our health and can manifest in such a way. So work on them, you can use methods like psych -k, emotion code or faster eft. Clean gut is also huge contributor to our overall health so it's good to eat predominantly fresh fruits and vegetables. And the last thing is stretching and some other exercises for the spine. I like to do simple bar hanging for few minutes a day - it decompresses the spine and helps eliminate the pain.
Anyway, don't be discouraged, everything happens for a reason to teach us something and we're always equipped to conquer it if we are willing to do so.

I am going to investigate what you recommend. The intestines thing really catches my attention, yes I had heard about that, I will improve my diet. How is the barbell for the spine exercises.
