Saludos amigos de esta comunidad @hivemotors tenía tiempo que no publicaba, ya que mi Laptop estuvo en reparación, luego publicare lo que viví con este asunto, hoy en día es difícil conseguir técnicos responsables. Les deseo compartir una grata experiencia reparando o mejor dicho restaurando un camión tipo chuto, es un trabajo arduo, pero ver el resultado es muy gratificante.

I want to share with you a pleasant experience repairing or rather restoring a chuto type truck, it is hard work, but seeing the result is very gratifying.
Cuando llegue a este taller el camión estaba en esta condición, pintura del chasis deteriorada, sin cauchos, sustituyeron rines viejos por unos nuevos, mi trabajo consistía en ayudar a pasar herramientas, y colaborar como ayudante del pintor y el mecánico.
When I arrived at this workshop the truck was in this condition, chassis paint deteriorated, no tires, they replaced old rims with new ones, my job was to help pass tools, and collaborate as an assistant to the painter and mechanic.
Fue una semana de trabajo fuerte, lo que más lamento de todo este proceso, es que con quienes trabajaba se molestaban cuando me veían tomando fotografías, les conté que era para publicar en Hive, ellos no entienden nada de eso, solo me dijeron que yo iba allí era a trabajar, por lo tanto, documentar el procedimiento paso a paso quedo cercenado.
Trataba de conversar con ellos acerca del tiempo que tenía ese camión parado y me dijeron que más de un año, le han realizado muchas reparaciones, le hicieron motor y caja, corrigieron el sistema de frenos, me dicen que el cliente desea que quede nueva, pero debido a que los repuestos son tan costosos, van poco a poco por partes y en vista de que ellos le trabajan a varios clientes, tienen una programación en donde cada uno aporta lo que le realizaran a su unidad esa semana y quien realice su aporte primero es quien tiene prioridad.
Lo cierto de esto es que tienen mucho trabajo, pero en una semana pude ver resultados, por lo menos en la parte que me toco a mi estar como ayudante, pintamos el chasi, colocamos los cauchos nuevos, los tapa barros y todo esto se ve sencillo en las fotos, un antes y un después, pero todo es muy pesado y se debe tener concentración, cualquier descuido puede causarnos un accidente.
It was a week of hard work, what I regret most about this whole process is that the people I worked with were annoyed when they saw me taking pictures, I told them it was to publish in Hive, they do not understand any of that, they only told me that I was going there to work, therefore, documenting the procedure step by step was cut short.
I was trying to talk to them about how long that truck had been stopped and they told me more than a year, they have made many repairs, they made engine and box, they corrected the brake system, they tell me that the customer wants it to be new, but because the parts are so expensive, they go little by little in parts and since they work for several customers, they have a schedule where each one contributes what they will do to their unit that week and whoever makes their contribution first is the one who has priority.
The truth of this is that they have a lot of work, but in a week I could see results, at least in the part that I had to be as an assistant, we painted the chassis, we put the new tires, the mud covers and all this looks simple in the photos, a before and after, but everything is very heavy and you must have concentration, any carelessness can cause an accident.

Bueno amigos fue agradable compartir esta experiencia, la diferencia se nota mucho entre el antes y el después, mi trabajo no es ser ayudante de mecánico, es algo que ocurre ocasionalmente y bueno me ayuda a aprender y a tener una entrada de dinero extra, gracias por haberme leído, muchas bendiciones.
