Hi all of you..
The world continues to develop from the past until now, where we see new discoveries in this modern era, one of which is in the fields of transportation, land, sea and air, all of which require facilities that can transport humans on a large or small scale.
One of the supporting factors in transportation is the driving machines that carry all the needs of humans and also humans themselves, various kinds of components are collected so as to create a formidable machine that can split the ocean, climb hills and even fly in the sky.
And one thing is for sure that we know that every driving engine requires fuel to move, the type of fuel also consists of gasoline and diesel even from gas, in general gasoline and diesel are most widely used for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles.
And we may have thought why for airplanes the fuel is not from diesel and gasoline, why airplanes use a fuel called Avtur.
What is Avtur
Aircraft fuel or avtur, is a type of aviation fuel designed for use in large jet aircraft, which are driven by gas turbine engines. Avtur fuel appears colorless, and is one of the processed products from petroleum refining.
Is Avtur an alternative energy
The answer is, of course, not because avtur is the result of oil drilling that is continuously being carried out by humans, for alternative energy, maybe we all already know that, including the use of solar energy as a source of electricity and others, essentially replaceable energy.
Aviation Turbine Fuel (AVTUR) or better known internationally as Jet A-1 is a fuel
for jet type aircraft (either jet propusion or propeller type.) Avtur is kerosene with specifications
tightened, especially regarding the vapor point, and freezing point. In general, aviation fuel has a higher quality
compared to fuels used for less 'critical' applications such as heating or
land transportation.
Maybe that's what I know at a glance about the Avtur type aircraft fuel, I apologize if there are errors in writing.
