Mantenimiento de trípode y triceta

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive Motors, por acá Ferbu de nuevo, está ves les voy hablar de un mantenimiento de una punta de trípode y triceta de un Kia Picanto.

Hello friends of the Hive Motors community, Ferbu here again, this time I'm going to talk about a maintenance of a tripod tip and tricep of a Kia Picanto.

Para realizar este mantenimiento tuve que desarmar la rueda delantera del lado del copiloto, retirar la tuerca de la punta del trípode y aflojar el porta mozo para luego sacar la barra con la punta de trípode y la triceta.

To perform this maintenance I had to disassemble the front wheel on the passenger's side, remove the tripod tip nut and loosen the carrier and then remove the bar with the tripod tip and the triceta.

Ya una ves sacada la barra con la punta de trípode y la triceta le quite la goma o tapa polvo para poder limpiar.

Once the bar was removed with the tripod tip and the tricete, I removed the rubber or dust cap to clean it.

Ya estando la punta lista para limpiar y con ayuda de un compresor empezé a limpiar.

Aquí les muestro la punta ya limpia y lista, la tuve que limpiar bien porque está sucia y tenía algo de tierra y si no se limpia bien puede ocurrir que cuando de arme puede quedar sonando y en ese caso tendría que volver a desarmar y como no quería ese la limpie muy bien.

Luego procedí a engrasar, utilice una grasa azul ya que este tipo de grasa es muy buena para rodamientos.

I then proceeded to grease, I used a blue grease as this type of grease is very good for bearings.

Ya una ves engrasada la punta también aproveche de engrasar la triceta.

Once the tip has been greased, I also greased the spindle.

Después de tener todo listo procedí a armar la punta y le coloque tiras de plástico para sujetar los tapa polvos.

Ya teniendo todo listo procedi a armar todo , montar la barra con la punta de trípode y triceta , el porta mozo y me asegure de dejar todo bien apretado para no tener ningún inconveniente.
