Not a lot of this actually surprised me other than Carolina pulling of a win and the Pats beating the Bills. I wasn't paying attention that well but did Buffalo not need that win or something kid of like how for KC this game vs Denver was a non-issue?

Yes, I think that was probably the case with Buffalo. It was a bit of a non issue. It's interesting though that KC didn't need the win, but the win by the Broncos put them in the playoffs. I bet the team that didn't make it is kind of pissed at the Chiefs for that.
