Bangladesh is home to eight international cricket grounds, all of which are capable of hosting international cricket games. However, due to political considerations, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided not to use all of them. Aside from the political issues, those stadiums are also lacking in terms of facilities. Only the Mirpur Cricket Ground and the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium have all of the amenities that a world-class international cricket ground requires. It is for this reason that the majority of our cricket matches are held there. The Banshundhara Group, one of the country's largest business conglomerates, is developing a sports complex with a variety of facilities. It has a football field and a cricket field, and they are currently constructing additional sports fields. It is also constructing a massive hotel with all of the facilities that the international players require as well. The opportunity to visit their cricket grounds recently presented itself to me. Despite the fact that the ground needs a lot of work, it was still quite good. It's good enough to host List A cricket matches or Divisional cricket matches, depending on the competition. Here are the disadvantages that I observed during my visit.
It is in need of a more efficient transportation system.
The gallery is still in the process of being completed. It is necessary to build an exhibition space that can accommodate over 20,000 people.
The cricket pitch is fairly standard in appearance. When it is due in the air, it gets dampened down. The ball drops significantly lower than it would on a regular bounce.
They are still constructing the dugouts, so they must first construct the dugouts before constructing the gallery.
I hope that the Bashundhara Group will invest in those facilities and that it will become an international sports venue in the near future.
Football is also becoming popular in our country, the Philippines, I hope for the success of football on my country.
Philippines is way better than Bangladesh in Football.
Thank you (^_^)
Keep it up boss
Thank You.
