Mike Dean accepted that he is sorry for Tottenham's second goal but he is not sorry for the first goal because there is no mistake in the first goal but I don't agree with that because it's not according to the rule of football. Before Højbjerg play the ball, Richardlison is already at offside and the rule of football is that if a player is already at offside, he should not move at all, talk less of approaching the ball if he don't want the referee to take an offside against him but Richardlison moved. If referee didn't notice that, the video assistance referee should take note of that and I don't even know why the blame should be on the video assistance referee, before the video assistance referee exist, it's just the referee, so the blame should be on the referee.
The excuse that Mike Dean give is that Édouard Mendy (Chelsea goalkeeper) saw the ball coming, that is why he didn't tell the referee that Richardlison is at offside. That is not an excuse, the rule of football has to be followed, not your own personal thinking on how things suppose to be, things is suppose to be done in a the football way. People don't even notice that, what people notice is Kai Havertz potential foul but it's not a foul, It is outside the attacking phase of play and Rodrigo Bentancur got a toe to the ball anyway. If referee take that as a foul, it won't be fair, especially now that the England FA has told the referees that it's only the foul that is hard they should blow on, not a minor ones.
The second goal is even a worst decision by the referee, the goal should not stand at all, if the line man didn't see it, the referee should see it himself, Romero intentionally hold Cucurella's hair and bring him down in order not to mark Harry Kane's and stop him from heading the ball. How on earth could that be? If there is rule that go against holding someone's hair in football, Romero should be penalised for that because it's wickedness. What is funny there most is that Mike Dean called Anthony Taylor's attention to it and Mike Dean is still the one that told Anthony Taylor to continue that there is no foul in, now he said he didn't watch the steps very well, is that nice to hear?
The 2-2 draw for Chelsea didn't please them, it may stop them from winning the premier league, that is how Paul Tierny ruined Arsenals last season, he stopped them for qualifying for Top 4 and reason why they won't play Champions League this season. Sorry won't get the points back, maybe the referees that aren't competent should be totally suspended from premier league, it's in only English premier league that this kind of shits happens, other leagues in Europe referee don't do this attitude, even if they do, it's not as bad as England referee does and the no blow minor foul law they introduced would make things gets worst.

Mike Dean apologized Already, and I accept that as a Chelsea fan. But Anthony Taylor needs to stop officiating any Chelsea match, because that wasn't the first time he was doing such. What he is cost us that match, and it pained me a lot
just the way that Paul Tierny was stopped in any matches concerning Arsenal, Anthony Taylor should be stopped from officiating Chelsea matches as well.
Refereeing in the EPL has been shit for seasons now and no one has done anything about. Be rest assured that more will follow in the coming weeks and they'll continue to apologize even after costing teams precious points.
This is what would spoil the EPL glory as its the most watch all over the world.
