hey should never have cancelled the 2019/2020 award which would have gone to Robert Lewandowski without a doubt. That is the most stupid decision as they did not have the award ceremony to vote for a winner. It is such a shame. In relation the the 2020/2021 award after Messi won the Copa America then it was always going to be difficult for him not to win.

Yeah, I think that's what makes Lewa not winning it this year all the more difficult of a pill to swallow for people who wanted him to win. I still don't get why they didn't.
