Coman: The Granada match is unbelievable ... and Di Maria's comments are "a lack of respect"
Dutch coach Ronald Koeman, Barcelona coach, expressed his happiness over the overthrow of Granada, from the quarter-finals of the King's Cup, by beating him (5-3), and qualifying for the semi-finals.
"It is an unbelievable match, and I think we performed well, and we had chances to resolve the match early, but in the last five minutes of the second half, we scored two goals, and then the extra time was unbelievable," Coman said, during statements reported by the Spanish newspaper, Marca.
He added, "I don't know if the penalty kick against us was correct or not, but the team showed an incredible and unbelievable mentality."
"The first thing that distinguishes the team is the mentality, we do not stop trying, we know that we were not lucky, as we had great opportunities that did not enter the net, and it seemed that we would lose the match."
And he added: "In the first half, football was unfair. We entered the match very well, and we received the first goal and then the second, and we were not very lucky not to score, and we deserved to win today."
And the Barcelona coach continued: "Griezmann? He worked hard to change the position of the team, to have more luck or important to him, and with the performance he presented today we are more dangerous."
He continued: "We have worked hard to get a good result and qualify for the semi-finals, and this is the time when the team believes in itself and realizes that it has a personality."
