Yep, 3 times in 5 balls

Caught and bowled in 2018 KKR vs MI to Hardik's first ball of the game
Faced 3 balls in the first KKR v MI in 2019 before he had him caught
Out again to Hardik's first ball this time LBW in the 2nd match of KKR vs MI in 2019
