Ali Mohamed Sharti, a member of Simba's Tanzanian board of directors, revealed the fact that Al-Ahly entered into negotiations with his club to include the team's wing, Luis Mexioni.
"It is not true that we received an official offer from Al-Ahly regarding Mexioni. There has been no negotiation on the part of Al-Ahly on this matter," my badge told "Kwoura".
A member of the Tanzanian board of directors Simba added: "If we receive an official offer from Al-Ahly? Then we will study the offer."
Mexioni starred in Simba's meeting with Al-Ahly in the Champions League, and scored the winning goal for his team, as press reports indicate coach Pitso Mosimane's desire to sign him.
