Mauricio Pochettino took over the coaching job in the French capital in January, when German Thomas Tuchel was fired, but the Argentine's first six months at PSG were far from a huge success. However, the lack of results has not had any consequences for Pochettino, and now he has extended his contract with the club until 2023. PSG has confirmed this on its website, and in an interview with the club.

After joining them in the middle of last season ,a second place finish and league cup was what they achieved ,even with defeat in the champions league too against pepe side,I wasn't thinking that he will be given another chance.

I want to strongly believe that Pochettino knows what is at stake,as the league needs to come back to Paris after losing the crown to Lille who won it after so many year's and a well deserved outing in the champions league us also at staked,even if not winning it.
