Tomorrow begins second half of Euroleague regular season. First half was good for my favorite team. We are currently in 8 spot. You may say that this is not too great. But I think that for now it is not bad at all. If the regular season would end now we would be in play-in. Also we are only 1 win away from first spot. In the last game of first half of the season we lost a game we should have won. But one of our best players did not score anything. I guess everyone has bad days sometimes. Also I can't complain about few games that we were close to winning. After all we won some games that seemed lost as well. Also watching basketball would be boring if my favorite team would just win all the time...But 10 wins in the first half of the season seems like fairly good achievement. In the second half it should be enough to win 8 games. But my ambitions and hopes for this season is bigger than just managing to be in play-in. I believe that my favorite team can at lest finish regular season in top 6 and go to playoffs directly without participating in play-in. Finishing in top 4 and having home court advantage in playoffs would be huge success. But achieving this will be much harder task than just finishing in top 6. Still I hope that even top 4 position after regular season is possible as long as the team stays healthy and one of our best players Lonnie Walker iv don't leave and go back to NBA.
