If nothing changes, British football fans will have to tolerate seeing Manchester City win 10 leagues in a row because no one will be able to compete with that state club. UEFA's president already said they will relax the financial fair play rules, which means PSG and City owners will be able to do anything they want. Normal clubs cannot compete with infinite money.
Smaller clubs don't earn enough money by themselves, they need the big clubs and big players to bring enough interest/viewers. Football as a whole is losing its popularity in younger demographics and the Superleague might change that. I believe we will see a lot of bankruptcies in the short term. The same fans that are rejecting the super league today, will soon enough see their clubs all bankrupted and state clubs winning all the trophies.
Very insightful, so thoughful of you, exact point i was trying to make, i like the fact you are looking at it from both angles. Seriously you don't know how good i felt with your contributions
