The wheel always turns and it is harder to climb back up these days as there are so many teams spending more and more each season. Read an article the other day that it took Arsenal and Liverpool 32 years to turn things around and who knows if Untied can or can't as nothing is ever guaranteed. They are a mid table team at best and have actually over achieved the last two seasons including this one.
