Standard vs Union SG

It remains a small miracle to see Standard as high as 7th place right now with the quality they have even after they made some offensive transfers. So the way I see them is still as a team that will have to fight to not end in the bottom 4 mainly keeping the focus of the defensive stability while lacking in offense. I am looking to oppose them whenever they are the favorite in a match. They do still have the home advantage and are 2W-0L-1P at home against their Asian handicaps and overall they are 5.5W-1L-0.5P on the under line. Another remarkable statistic is that they have gone 42-4 against in corners in their away matches. Union is clearly not as good as the past years but in week 6 at home against Anderlecht they for the first time showed signs of their past year form again despite not getting further than 0-0. Their main issue at the moment is in the offense as they no longer have the quality of Boniface, Amoura, Nilsson. This has resulted in only 7 goals scored in 7 matches so far. This while their defense is quite ok. They also are without Mac Allister today who showed quite important. I agree that Union is the favorite today as they overall should have more quality while Standard will need to have it from their home advantage and drive. On Paper it's also an under match as both really showed good defense while clearly lacking finishing power. The lines however are dully adjusted with Union as the -0.5 favorite and the total sitting at 2.25. I also lean on Union on the corners as they won all 4 of their away corners. None of the odds or lines are right now in a range where I'm tempted to take the gamble so I'm just going to be patient and see how it goes ingame. No Pre-Game Bets
