Day 1334 | Tennis Thursday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I got some activity in on Thursday playing around 80 minutes of 1 on 1 tennis stepping on my breath a couple times which really made me feel how out of shape I am at the moment. I took some time to clean and put everything ready to have a go at a healthy lifestyle again in the evening and I don't intend to wait for the new year to get started with it. Fixing my food and my sleep right now are the 2 top priorities also finding a way to combine it all with my crypto/betting/play2earn activities. Something makes me want to quit playing splinterlands just renting out my cards instead but it's just too profitable right now so I guess I will put up with playing at least an hour each day still.
