What? Gonzaga has played 19 games. Who else has? I'll wait while you look it up.
You that don't have to deal with the California (and specifically the Bay Area) Covid protocols don't seem to understand that it is completely out of their control and directly in control of the county commissioners.
They are playing BYU tonight IN SLC which was supposed to be the last game of the regular season. The reason is that Santa Clara dropped out on both of them this weekend... Those games may or not be made up because they will be meaningless in the final standings.
So. I'm not surprised that Tampa Bay won the game, but a little surprised at the beat down they gave to KC. It was pretty complete. First time Mahomes has lost a double digit game since college...
Daytona 500 on Sunday and Pitchers and Catchers report the following week. The world IS coming back into focus :) There is even some talk of reduced crowds at spring training. I really miss the smell....
My mom and dad will be watching the Daytona 500 for sure. I am not saying they haven't played games and I get that they are at the mercy of the powers that be. I am just saying, I don't think anyone should get to retain their ranking if they aren't playing. Like I said, in the case of Gonzaga I am sure they will dominate no matter what, but it just seems backwards to me.
We finally started HS sports back up here in my state. It has been a long road.
I do not understand. Not even a little. What criteria besides wins and losses do you use for rankings? 19-0 is worse than 16-5? That record is from Toledo one of two teams in the nation to have played 21. There are maybe 10 that have played 20. The minimum number to qualify for the NCAA tournament this year is 9.
Gonzaga is one of the two best teams in the nation with out doubt. I don't understand how you can not rank them as such.
