A powerful display with career best 89 by Kenner Lewis which is the highest score of the CPL season so far. With the decisive partnership leading to a strong victory against the Barbados Royals, the Jamaican Talwahs lost the top-order opening wickets of both teams with Shamar Brooks.

Royals fell to 30 for 4 inside the power play. Earlier, Joshua Bishop recovered from a 71-run stand between Glenn Phillips and top scorer Azam Khan shortly before his departure.
