Tiger Moth

Greetings!
Good evening from my current place, I hope everyone had a great time all Sunday.

My interesting discovery today is a unique species of insect with its own characteristics. Here we call it Moth. There are several types of this insect with several other colors, and this one is a tiger moth, that's because its color is similar to yours, yellow with black stripes.

In my area, this insect is a type of insect that is easy to find, it usually often perches on leaves and tree branches.

Moth is an insect that is closely related to butterflies. Both are included in the order Lepidoptera. Moths are usually active at night and rest during the day. Moths drink nectar from flowers, they have a proboscis that they use to suck nectar or other liquids.

Because of its nature of resting during the day, it is a little easier to photograph it, a little about and not moving much.

Syntomini is the scientific name for this insect, superfamily Noctuoidea which also includes the insect class

That's a brief review of the moth insect that has beautiful colors that I managed to photograph today in macro photography.
