No worries, my replies are also always late! I have so many things I am juggling at once! But rather late than never they would say.
How is the moving going/how did it go?

The move went smoothly luckily. Now getting organised and unpacking a few things. Getting to know the new rental and area etc. always fun. ๐
Oh packing and unpacking can be fun! Anew you learn what you own and what you do not need anymore! My rule is if you have not used something in the meantime you do not need it. But oh it is never easy throwing things away, at least not for me though.
Yepโฆ it is. But I think I crossed that line alreadyโฆ I soooo would like to settle down somewhere. Grow some roots. I moved close to 50 times in 5 countries.
But we are removing belongings. As we know we move between now and 10 months again. And where we go, we canโt take all.
So there is now a lot in the dining room that I will sell in the next months.
Further, we do the same. If it stayed packed for a while, we donโt need it. We either give it away or sell it.
We got already rid of so much.
Next are all electrical things. Except phones and computers. They are universal.
Some things like memories from childhood are tough to get rid off. Still carry some along with every move. ๐๐
We are nomadic beings, right? Such a wonderful position to be in from my perspective at least. Because I have so many things that keep me rooted. Plants, books, memories, and so on. I so badly want to move around and be free, but I cannot due to things I have begun. Alas, I like the trips I take to new places even though it is just for a short period. Sorry for the late reply (if I have not mentioned it already).

Yes from the outside it can look like that ๐ค but let me tell you. It is exhausting if you move at least once a year, most times 2. Starting over, paperwork, new area. Packing, unpackingโฆ hahaha ๐คฃ and rewind.
Soon we will settle one day. But first a few moves, as we know already we move two more times.
Tomorrow we go on holidays, first far away one since the pandemicโฆ think we need a break and rest with so much going on lately. โ๏ธ๐๐ป๐
So I wish you a good evening! As we need to get up in 6 hours hahaha for traveling all day.
So exciting times in the next 2 weeks. ๐คฉ๐คฉ yes, we need to travel, even if the trios arenโt long.

Oh my, that is a lot of moving! And you are probably deep into your trip by now, hopefully not home yet! I have traveled up north in my country as well, so I am also on a mini trip. Although, most of what I will do is work-related, but a shift in environment is also like a holiday, right? Enjoy the new week!
