Hello #fascinatinginsects and @ocd family,
My name is Jins MJ from Kerala, India. This is #myfirstpost in this community. Today I'm sharing some of insect photographs I took with my mobile.
1.CRYPTOCEPHALUS
This picture was taken when I was walking in the jungle. I spotted something flew away from a herb to another. I looked carefully and I found these insects. And I took my mobile and captured them.
It's type or genus of leaf beetel, small in size. Orange coloured with Black spots.
Family :- chrysomelidae
2.FlOWER CHAFERS
They are group of scarab beetles
SCIENTIFIC NAME:- Cetoniinae
FAMILY :- Scarabeaidae
While I was walking through the jungle I came across this insect sitting on a tree. This is the first time I have seen this insect. Eyes can easily spot thess insects because of its colour and size. There were 3 of them. I think it is on mating.
