Dragonflies, a type of insect that lays eggs in water.

in Fascinating Insects3 years ago (edited)

Dragonflies are a type of insect that has a beautiful appearance and is very attractive when we see it, but behind its beautiful appearance, the dragonfly is actually a fierce predator with sharp jaws and violent eyes.

Have you ever seen a dragonfly on the surface of the water, maybe some of us don't understand the behavior of the dragonfly, what the dragonfly does when it is above water is that the dragonfly puts its eggs on the water, because this is the process of the dragonfly eggs that will hatch and will become larvae, that's how dragonflies reproduce.

Dragonflies are a good indicator of water.

Why dragonflies can be an indicator of water, it turns out that dragonflies do not lay eggs in water carelessly, for example water that is contaminated with waste or is dirty due to certain substances, we can mark clean water with the presence of dragonflies in the water source.
