미팅 시작 전부터 왜 한국 커뮤니티에서 사회자 및 참여자가 같이 있느냐, 왜 한국 커뮤니티에서 일방적으로 대화를 주도하고 질문하냐 등의 의견이 다양한 경로 (스팀잇 포스팅, 댓글, 디스코드 귓말 등) 으로 온데다,
오늘의 목적 자체가 한국 커뮤니티에서 중요하게 생각하는 쟁점들에 대한 참여자들의 의견을 듣는 것이었기에 사전에 합의된 질문 4개를 하고 참여자들의 답변을 듣는 형식으로 진행되었습니다. 간단한 질문 4개만 논하는데도 한시간이 훌쩍 넘어가서, 추가적인 질문이나 논의는 하지 못했습니다.
질문 4개는 다음과 같았습니다:
지금의 1스팀 30투표 대신 1스팀 1투표 (또는 3~5투표) 를 도입하는데 찬성하는가?
파워다운 기간을 4주나 1주일로 줄이는 데 찬성하는가?
무료 다운보팅 마나를 없애거나 다운보팅할때 꼭 이유를 명시하도록 하는 것에 찬성하는가?
저스틴의 증인 보팅에 대해: 저스틴, 당신이 증인 보팅을 안하기 위해서는 어떤 선결 절차가 필요한가? 구 증인 및 스팀 파운데이션, 저스틴은 자기 자산이 동결되지 않는다는 보장을 원하는데, 저스틴이 증인 보팅을 하지 않는다면 이걸 어떻게 보장할 수 있겠는가?
구 증인 대표 roelandp의 답변은 장황하고 애매했습니다. 아무래도 20명의 증인들의 뜻이 같을 수는 없다보니 그랬던 것으로 보입니다. 대답은 거의 다 커뮤니티에서 충분히 논의하고 SPS를 거쳐서 하는게 어떨까 한다, 수준.
스팀 파운데이션 대표 guiltyparties의 답변은 조금 더 구체적이었습니다. 파워다운 1주일은 반대, 4주일은 오케이. 무료 다운보팅 마나는 있어야 하나, 이유 명시는 찬성.
저스틴의 답변은 매우 간결했고, 마치 이전에 한국 커뮤니티가 주장하던 것을 알고 그렇게 맞춰서 대답하나 싶을 정도였습니다.
- 트론은 이미 1트론 1투표이다. 도입 가능하며 찬성.
- 트론은 파워다운 3일. 짧게 하는거에 찬성이다.
- 무료 다운보팅 마나 없애는 것에 찬성.
- 일단 구 증인들이 사유재산 침해 안하겠다고 선언하고 깃허브의 계정 동결 코드 삭제하는 것으로 시작하자. 신뢰를 하나하나 쌓아가야함.
jayplayco님이 워낙 진행을 잘해주셔서 그나마 4개 논제에 대해서 한 시간 안에 각자의 의견을 들어볼 수 있는 기회가 된 게 아니었나 합니다.

In this case, google translate did a very nice job. I am still not sure whether he is determined and confident (that he pour down resources to make that happen) or he simply wants to tell us what we want to hear.
The anecdote you provided is one of the best examples that supports pro downvotes. I believe that almost everyone agrees that spam, criminal activity, extreme self vot should be regulated.
Personally, I do not expect downvote feature to be removed, and would like to push to the direction where if someone downvotes, he should state the reason. This will likely reduce downvotes and in particular, will make auto-downvotes and downvote trails difficult.
i am 100% sure he has no clue how steem works, but i still have no idea what his plan really is.
Seen that in the talk, it is something that would be easy implemented and tested to see will it improve how people feel about downvotes.
His plan is to sell his frozen STEEM as soon as possible.

제가 건의했던게 몇가지 반영된거 같아서 기쁘네요 ^^
"다운보팅 이유 명시"만 해도 그나마 덜 기분 나쁘고 무제한 트레일 다운봇은 사라질거라 봅니다.
물론 블록체인에서 계정관리는 각자해야 하지만 그래도 계정해킹을 당했을 경우 재단에서 해결해 주는 제도는 스팀의 큰 장점이라 봅니다.
파워다운기간 4주도 당장은 충분히 만족스럽습니다.

성지순례 글을 작성하시기도 한 커뮤니티 멤버 의견이 반영되는건 당연(?!) 합니다.

Right now Justin owns and controls Steemit. He also owns and controls the account @steem which is used to delegate to new accounts. Several people have been sending request to have the down vote army bots delegations removed, both prior to Justin owning the Account and since he bought the account. He has yet to remove the delegations from those 25 REP, 15 delegated SP accounts that do nothing at all other than down vote. I think it is should be obvious that Justin does not care any more than Ned cared about the down votes. Only Steemit can remove the delegations from those accounts, yet they have not, under either leader chose to do so.
I do not agree with a lot of the meaningless down votes, I have voiced my opinion on it several times I hope to see when the down vote button is pushed and the pop-up opens to one day see a mandatory check box as to why the down vote, and a comment in the post so that the community can decide if the down vote was justified.
Please keep asking for a fix to the down votes. All negative actions should have consequences.
