Hello friends, here I go, taking my first steps in this community.

Hola amigos, acá voy , dando mis primeros pasos en esta comunidad.

On this occasion I would like to tell you about my morning visit to the Provincial Genetics Center in Santiago de Cuba, my hometown, given that I am already 9 months pregnant, which has been a wonderful experience, without complications so far thanks to the support of our loved ones, I had a consultation to see how my baby was doing and thank God everything is fine.

En esta oportunidad quisiera contarles como fue mi mañana en la visita al Centro Provincial de Genética de Santiago de Cuba mi ciudad natal, dado que estoy embaraza de 9 meses ya, lo cual ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, sin complicaciones hasta ahora gracias al apoyo de nuestros seres queridos, tenía consulta para ver como estaba mi bebe y gracias a dios todo está bien.

I tell you that when I was leaving I found that there is like a board of directors or something like that where tasks of asphalt, painting and decoration of tourist and heritage establishments are undertaken with the participation of some pregnant women admitted to the home giving their opinions, since The social purpose is to provide advice in the pre- and post-natal stages to patients at risk.

Les cuento que cuando iba de salida me encuentro con que hay como una junta directiva o algo así, donde se acometen tareas de asfalto, pintura y decoración de establecimientos turísticos y patrimoniales con la participación de algunas embarazas ingresadas en el hogar dando sus opiniones , ya que el proposito social es brindar el asesoramiento en las etapas pre y pos natal, a pacientes con riesgo.

The person in charge of the health institution considers its relevance essential to contribute to increasing the quality of genetic, pre- and postnatal counseling, a fundamental aspect within the Maternal and Child Care Program at the local level.

La responsable de la institución de salud considera fundamental la relevancia del mismo para contribuir a incrementar la calidad del asesoramiento genético, pre y postnatal, aspecto fundamental dentro del Programa de Atención Materno Infantil en el ámbito local.

I took the opportunity to stay and learn a little more about the center. It has various areas, such as the waiting room, clinical genetics outpatient clinics, ultrasound rooms, as well as various laboratories for the identification of abnormal hemoglobins and inborn errors of metabolism.

Aproveché para quedarme y conocer un poco más del centro.
El mismo dispone de diversas áreas, tales como la sala de espera, las consultas externas de genética clínica, las salas de ultrasonido, además de diversos laboratorios para la identificación de hemoglobinas anormales, y de los errores inatos del metabolismo.

Pregnant women at home have an exercise routine that is very relaxing, in addition to helping to reduce the discomfort of pregnancy and promoting the body's preparation for childbirth. They give you the opportunity to work your pelvis, arms, pectorals and even your legs without making excessive efforts.

Las embarazadas del hogar tienen una rutina de ejercicios que son muy relajantes, además de que contribuyen a disminuir las molestias del embarazo y fomentan la preparación del cuerpo para el parto. Te brindan la oportunidad de trabajar la pelvis, los brazos, los pectorales e incluso, las piernas sin realizar excesivos esfuerzos.

This visit taught me a lot.
