The no to limited fees is why I ended up adding my own artwork here on hive. I just wish there was an easy way for people to get their hands on swipe.hive as the process seems a little complicated.

Thanks for the comment and yes, you're right. I love the NFT Showroom platform, and if there was one area where I'd like to see it grow, it would be to accept credit-card payments.
I realise that would be a huge undertaking (and perhaps even beyond what is possible right now), since it would mean that all the currency buying/exchanging would have to be done behind the scenes. However, the possible upsides would be massive, and might place them as a real leader in the NFT scene.
One of the reasons Nifty Gateway sees such huge sale-prices and activity is because people outside of crypto hear about NFTs and just want to purchase art (without needing any technical knowledge). I guess that's why they called it "Gateway".
If Hive is to really grow into a leading Web 3.0 crypto, I think it needs to have a way for people to easily change their fiat into Hive, without first having to trickle through Bitcoin, Ether and the dizzying halls of Binance.
