Setting up a hivemind server doesn’t give you access to communities. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish but my guess is you will be disappointed.
I gotta make my own Hive with it for my website, as you said in your video HIVE is not synonymous to STEEMIT. It can be built separate without anything to do with steemit. That's what I'm doing. I'm not trying to use it to access the hive communities. If I wan't to access the hive communities I Just have wait for it to become public again and log onto beta.steemit.com right? . I already built my own private Python community, now I need to add this stuff! The more I know!! This is already exactly what I was expecting.

I think it's easy to assume that those communities will stay once beta is done. Otherwise Steemit Inc would really shoot themselfs in both legs if they would make us all start from the scratch.

Basically it's just a community of like minded people who post about blockchain gaming. It is as simple as that. You post about your favorite cypto games and if more likeminded people join it is better for everyone, specially if they have some steem stake to be able to reward good content. If it gains traction it can become a hub of every crypto gaming enthusiast out there.

A post can only be part of one community.
The post won't show up in your feed, but if you use "My Communities" you will see it.
