In addition to posting items people want to see, you need to be engaging. That means commenting, commenting, commenting on other posts.. real comments that show you read the post and either understand it, add ideas or ask questions.

I look at your account and other than a couple of replies to this post, you've not commented on other people's posts in months and months.

You want to grow on any platform, you need to work on your presence and connecting with people. While you complain about others, check your own behaviour.
