A recycled video from 4 years ago with no proof that this is the creator posting it. I would say that makes it over-rewarded. Attention @starkerz@oracle-d@threespeak@dapplovers. Note that they are transferring out their Steem, so seem to have no real interest in being part of this platform.

For Your Information that's my youtube channel and I have my own reasons for quitting youtube.
I have stopped posting on youtube for last 2 years and I came across 3speak and then I decided to build my channel here but unfortunately trolls like you always try to discourage content creators on every platform ,therefore I request 3speak's team to discourage trolls like you as 3speak is in a growing stage and if these type of trolls keeps on commenting on every video without even knowing the real story will obviously effect and damage 3speak credibility and reputation.
Now as far as the rewards are concerned , this person doesn't even know why are we posting videos on 3speak or any other dapp on steem platform, obviously because of "Proof Of Brain" concept which means we can get rewards by sharing our unique content.
And Where it says on 3speak/steem platform that if we are going to withdraw our steem rewards, we are not adding value to steem platform.
The whole idea is if we are earning rewards from steem/3speak and if we don't keep them in a secure wallet and pc gets hacked who will be responsible for all this. Will trolls like you come and reward the content creators on 3speak/steemit's behalf.?
You could have simply asked me before getting into a detective mode & I would have told you about my youtube channel.
Anyways it's my humble request to 3Speak' team to ignore trolls like him and encourage new content creators.
From now on I wont reply a troll like you who is after people's hard-earned money.
I thank 3speak for welcoming new content creators and appreciating their efforts.
Effort... it’s not that hard seriously consider what you are saying here. It literally takes 10 seconds to look up a YouTube video. Take it easy and chillax. We have been here for sometime and have encounter many many people trying to exploit the platform using the work and effort of others. And for God’s sake... enough of the troll stuff.
How about this... make a fresh video for 3speak only. Is that too much to ask?? C’mon... show us whatcha got.😉
Honestly you have no clue the type of people we run into around this place. We welcome you to the blockchain just provide proof those videos are yours.... since you are getting rewarded financially for them.
I think he has a bit to learn. Churning out all those videos with only 8 followers is not a great idea. He was relying km the 3speak votes plus he was buying some.
We know that engagement is vital and that trying to game the system will be found out.
I am not a troll, but I do care about the Steem platform that 3speak runs on. We have had numerous cases of plagiarism and so we have to check. You are posting old content, but if you can post a link to this account from your Twitter or another account associated with the original Youtube channel then I will accept that as proof that it is you.
Given that you had only posted two comments before this is seemed you were not keen to engage with the community here. I have been on Steem over 3 years and do all I can to help it grow, as people like @starkerz can testify.
I have met some of the 3speak guys and I am sure they are as keen to deal with fake accounts as they are to welcome genuine ones.
So let's quit the name-calling and get on with making 3speak/Steem great.
