The days at home do not go out on the road I think of a few delicacies to entertain and relax the mind. I thought of a combination of sweet potato and cheese, and the truth is that it was beyond my imagination. This dish is very easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find for everyone. The sweet potato I steamed then grinded like flour and put the cheese inside, then rolled through the crispy batter and fried until the sweet potatoes were golden.
