In some cases it seems to be asking for the private active key, not the private posting key as it mentions in the post. Generally you don't want to give your private active key to anyone, as it will give them access to the funds in your account.

In your case, which key was it asking for?

Posting key. I tried both posting and private keys. None worked. It's not about rejecting the key, the button to proceed is redundant.

You mean you tried the public posting key and the private posting key?

I noticed the same thing about the button when I tried to enter a key. The button just seems to not do anything.

When I emailed support about it, they told me to double check that I was entering the right key. When I asked them which key I was supposed to enter, they said I should enter my private active key, not the private posting key.

It seems like something funny is going on.
