This was excellent Lea! So many of these types of conversations can get super doomy super quickly, but I thought Rob was super well balanced and clearly has ton a lot of research.

I thought the supply chain would be pretty protected since it's pretty essential, but I hadn't factored in truck drivers staying home to protect their health and their families. I already thought that industry was in danger of automation and you can see how this pandemic will help companies make that switch.

Went to the grocery store last night to top up while supply chain is pretty solid, and it's now such an exhausting experience... especially sterilizing everything at home... I know I didn't do it as well as I could have... but I guess it's all a learning process... and probably better to learn now while the tidal wave hasn't hit the west coast yet.

So glad we put in our orchard two years ago, but really need to stock up on cash and seeds. I've been meaning to do it for weeks but I think this weekend we'll need to get it done.
